
Terms & Conditions
1. The Offeree agrees to purchase an electronic media marketing promotion for businesses and or services that supply to the Newtown area, from the date of publication until 25 December 2012.
2. The Offeree accepts that they will have no control over the placement of artwork or compilation of artwork once they have supplied the artwork to the Offeror and approved it.
3. The Offeree accepts full legal liability for any artwork that they provide to the Offeror and any artwork that Offerree approves with the Offeror.
4. The Offeree understands their obligations in regard to Australian and International copyright laws.
5. The Offeree accepts as their responsibility any breach of intellectual property that they may make through their artwork.
6. The Offeree accepts all liability in regard to products and/or services that they ask the Offeror to market.
7. The Offeree agrees that they will seek no legal recourse against the Offeror in any way in regard to issues of misrepresentation of their business and/or service.
8. The Offeree acknowledges and agrees that the Offeror in no way can control the comments, posts or other third party contributory comments and/or images that may arise in respect to their product that is marketed by the Offeror and/or any other product that may be promoted on the same web page or social media page(s).
9. The Offeree acknowledges and agrees that they will have no control or say in any other business and/or service that may be promoted on the same internet web site and or social media page(s).
10. The Offeree acknowledges that any other business and/or services that may be promoted on the same webpage is up to the discretion of the Offeror.
11. The Offeree acknowledges that their opportunity to accept this agreement does not in any way provide them with a right to exclusive marketing for their business and/or service within their appropriate category.
12. The Offeror may terminate the agreement in the event that a business and/or service is in any way implicated, directly or indirectly, in illegal conduct, including but not limited to insolvent trading, promotion of discriminatory material, breach of copyright laws, breach of patency laws, misrepresentation and/or fraudulent conduct, or defamatory conduct.
13. Upon termination of this agreement, the Offeree forfeits any monies paid to the Offeror.
14. The Offeree may terminate this agreement at any stage having provided five (5) days notice in writing to the Offeror, however in doing so forfeits any monies paid to the Offeror for the campaign period.
